Hi Doug,
I am one of the nurse's that was overseeing your care in the med tent at Falcoln Ridge when you came in with your blisters (ugg,,,,sorry) I was the nurse with the brown hair all wigged out in a bun, lol. Thank you for the cd. My favorite so far is Swim to Heaven, then I liked Summer 81', then lastly, The heart I used to know. You are very talented & SHOULD be on the main stage next year :O) Good luck in your music career & with your burns, Judy

Hey Doug,

Just read your bio. I spent my summers in the mid-sixties, hanging the shade (tobacco) leaves in the sheds in Hazardville, CT.

I just returned from New Bedford's Summerfest (my 13th). And I'm gettin' ready for FRFF (my 14th). Will you be there?? Where do you hang??

Brian

Playing around on the Internet I am amazed how many Brouders there are especilly on the east coast.
We Brouders here in The Chicago area thought we were
the only ones around.

Hey Doug,
Julie Clark here, you were kind enough to give me a copy of your CD at the Folkin' Great House Concert series recently. I just wanted to tell you how much I've been enjoying it! No wonder so many talented musicians and artists joined you in the studio to help bring your songs to life. Track 2 - "That Much Love" and Track 7 - "Swim to Heaven" are my faves.
Thanks so much for sharing your music with me!

Doug,
You have fulfilled a dream that so many of us only have hoped and aspired to. I have watched and listened to the tales develop over at years. If only popular radio would comprehend what the PEOPLE resonate with, you would soar even higher.
Press on my friend and contine to fight the good fight.
You serve as a role model for husband, father, citizen and friend.

Very respectfully,
Mike

Hi Doug,

Just recently turned on to your music! Love your style and sound...apparently a lot of the Lower Greenville Dallasites love you too! Any plans to come to Dallas and perform? We've got tons of great little clubs!
